Bogdan gave an in-person presentation to Osgoode Professional Development members and guests on recent developments in the area of accident benefits. The presentation was approved for CPD hours and deals with navigating accident benefits legislation, interplay between accident benefits and motor-vehicle tort as well as transition from Financial Services Commission of Ontario (“FSCO”) to the Licence Appeal Tribunal (“LAT”).
