Bogdan presented at Ontario Risk & Insurance Management Society (“ORIMS”) on the emerging issues with respect to Privacy Law and Intrusion Upon Seclusion case law and regulation. Bogdan also presented on PIPEDA regulation as well as the interplay between accident benefits regulation and privacy law. Bogdan is regularly invited to speak on the issues of insurance law, accident benefits and motor vehicle tort litigation.
